I know it depends on your job grade and tenure but does anybody know how to calculate it for grades 45 and 50? My partner and I are trying to figure out where we will be financially if we lose our jobs next week.

@cde+1s9V2n0t Grades 45 and above are still people. They still get anxious, still need to plan, etc.. way to be dismissive though when it's Nike ELT that's doing this to you.
4 weeks per year is probably what the ELT network got. There’s been no promises made that the packages are balanced or fair.
And plenty of rumors that they’ve been tilted in favor of pets that have only been here a few years.
It’s $1,000,000 minus your employee number. So if your employee number is 505111 it would be 1,000,000-505,111. Then divide that by how many inconsistent or below ratings you have had during your tenure.
@lqf+1s9V2n0t Definately not 4 weeks per year. It goes in blocks of years (Eg 2-4, 4-6, etc )
Agree with @cde read the room. Anyone with stock options won’t be worrying about they are gonna pay rent or afford childcare.
@jpq+is9v2n0t thankyou so much for your response.
If you and your partner both work for Nike and are 45 and 50 grades, how you’ll be financially is still very, very wealthy.
@dgp+1s9V2n0t you can look at your information in Workday to see your job grade
Curious for different grades as well. 35?
How does one even know their grade?
For Grades 45 and above 1 year service = 8 weeks severance. After every one year of experience additional 4 weeks.
No freaking clue. Hope this helps
