This message is for the person posting about CB forcing high performers out. The reason for the bad evaluation is that CB is offshoring the underwriting, support, and other jobs.

It's unfortunate that your line of business is treating you unfairly. Send me a PM tomorrow, let's talk.

CB is in trouble. My friend got forced out last week. Problem is poor management and no new loans. Furthermore, CB's revenue comes from half of the existing borrowers. The other banks are poaching our borrowers.

Commercial Banking is offshoring the underwriting work to India. The US terminations are coming.

Look for layoffs in Global Treasury Management before they move to SDI. They are going to shred a lot of folks to go into their new org lean and mean.

Commercial banking should just be renamed debt issuers with tacky outlook pics lol. Imagine seeing yourself posing like that at age 7 and not laughing

Commercial bankers, especially commercial real estate bankers are laughably overpaid.

Commercial banking reorganizes about every six months. This doesn’t sound like news.

Although they are laying off, many of my high-performing colleagues were forced out through performance reviews. As a result, Wells Fargo did not have to pay the company severance package. By the way, the new management received bonuses this year.
