If you think sending jobs to India is DEI, then I’ll tell you that’s not how it works. I feel sorry for your wife and children. Get over it.
DEI initiatives have been exceeded by hiring India to do back office work. The 25% goal Bill used to put out there is happening.

KMW and all DEI staff to be RIFed as part of DEI rationalization effort in aligning with federal government guidelines
RIF confirmed to happen second half of February as soon as Accenture contracts can be finalized. Tech and Ops and Dealer Services
What kind of cuts are you referring to? Cuts to our pay? Cuts to our expenses? Cuts to our self worth? Cuts to our mental health? Cuts to our jobs? Cuts to our benefits? The answer to them all is yes… there will be cuts.
