Mind blowing to me this company can’t toss a few breadcrumbs to people that have been loyal and hard-enough working all these years. I get it is their philosophy to promote turnover more than people…but the fact the stock is at $124 and Larry kept all the loot for himself (again). Crazy times.

Oracle is no different than the hundreds/thousands of dead companies ... it's on its way out. Rational employees decide that it's worth it for "the coast" until they retire. What isn't rational is to hire on to a dying company and then bi--h about it dying. OK, perhaps you made a mistake in hiring on? So leave and find something better. But staying and bi--hing? Sorry ... no sympathy.

I read this comment and wonder who this commenter could be? Lurks on an Oracle board pi----g regularly on “current” Oracle employees. What’s his/her horse in the race? Weird to even toss that comment out. Listen, despite an individual staying or going the bigger point is Oracle is pretty trash for operating in the manner they do. That’s all.
