Curious if others have seen low RTO compliance percentages explicitly referenced in their performance reviews and whether it impacted ratings. It feels like RTO adherence should be managed separately and not evaluated alongside tangible performance output.

@ca who is your father and what does he do
3-4 hours is all you need to be effective. At Schwab i've seen tech leads, architects managers MDs and Leaders just waste time with useless meetings with no outcomes. Most STS meetings are worthless and just filled with fluff like Sendwords - Mother of all Spam.
I told my manager I used to be working 10 hours a day when remote, now I will only work 8 hours as I have to spend the other 2 hours commuting to office everyday. Since the management cares more about us physically in the office, then they don't deserve me to put in extra hours daily.
@aj what is your department/role and location?
If you understand your priority job is to be in the office rather than it being actual work it will all make sense.
Office is for winning. No whining. We can talk about it when I see you at your cubicle.
Yes I got a coaching memo late last year regarding in office expectations. And my review was uncharacteristically low rating. They are doing everything they can to push employees out.
