Screaming match today in Dallas over someone sitting in someone else's desk they have had for at least a year. It was funny to watch! She made that poor guy leave in tears and got her desk back!

Good idea. They should also assign chamber pots to each desk/space.
I was informed that my desk was occupied and sat down anyway.
2 hrs later a fat black woman waddles over demanding my desk and I just kept working as she stomped, snorted and made a scene.
That's my new strategy - just ignore the entitled DEI'ers and do my job.

Who are the id--ts defending this? We all know the goal is to stir up resentment and pit people against each other. But damn—can we at least agree that every employee deserves the bare minimum to attempt to do their job?
For those of you in Dallas that don’t like full time office work, why not apply to Verizon. They are only 3x a week and offer better work/life balance. Is there something that gravitates you to stay at the big T? If Verizon offered signing bonuses would that be appealing to make a change?
To all the techs negative commenting every office worker post, I truly hope they give y’all a taste of this one day. Imagine not enough trucks, no assigned vehicles, no assigned tools or anything else. It’s ok, people will be out sick or on vacation so there should be enough every day. Now get to work. If the Union guys had to deal with what we do you all would be striking on the streets daily. We really need a Union for the office workers. It is terrible what they are doing to people here.

I demand to be hoisted upon the shoulders of all you wanna be warriors. For it is I that had the ballz to audibly f.a.r.t. while walking past John Stankey in the cafeteria. I never looked back because i’m a fking warrior. Knowing that John actually smelled the inside of my a.n.u.s. has made RTO all worth while. There wasn’t a darn tootin thing he or his loser body guards could do about it.

Finding a desk sets a good tone for starting the day. It helps establish a competitive mindset for the day and motivates employees to overcome challenges that come up.
Nothing speaks to a great culture than showing up on a Friday at 6 am to get a desk. Win as one!!
