If the Press would have cared, they would have dug a little deeper to report on his Town Hall where he openly said he wanted to replace older workers with cheaper younger two year commitment transient labor. The Press has buried the use of H1B’s that were used to replace older workers with far more experience. The Press , is the ones who are pushing the false narrative that H1B workers are filling the gap of American not having enough skilled techs. They are completely leaving out that the corporations are laying off thousands of skilled labor for the cheaper transient H1B labor.

@OP This company is going down the drain. Since so many employees have issues with RTO policy, who will actually work long hours to make this company great. Most people will do their exact 8 hours and leave the rest of the work for the next day or next week. More and more employees will not go out of their way to finish an assigned task before the deadline. Customers will become dissatisfied and revenues will decline.
What would happen if all 100,000 employees didn't show up to the office for two weeks? That's the only way this one guy would have no choice but to resign.
