When is PDS feedback for this cycle?
I know some groups already concluded assessments…and Supervisors/Managers are starting to act funny…Are there teams that are yet to complete PDS assessments?

Before COVID, they did it in late August or September. After COVID, they shifted everything to July so the people they were targeting wouldn’t show up in next year’s metrics. It’s not performance management, it’s headcount management.
July...giving HR time to adjust and force people out
July/August. They have to pretend there is a magic machine to keep the seasonal workers on good behavior.

I would never read too much into forced “feedback” during PDS. If the feedback was originally so important then it would have already been communicated to you some other time of the year. Not saved for June. I have not yet come across an EM manager whom regularly provides feedback. Nor have I come across one that regularly prioritizes their direct reports’ work.

@OP Feedback? Oh, you mean the ‘decisions already made’ announcements. XOM doesn’t do feedback it does directives. leadership decides, everyone else just gets informed.

Sessions are still going on. Mid to late July at the earliest.
If you’re just now figuring out managers act funny I’m not sure where you have been. Most like into July. If your super cares enough to tell you. If they are getting you out of here I expect in the next few weeks.
