Does anyone know, when the payment of remaining vacation and personal days will be send? And when we should expect our severance payment?

@bx+1jgtceg2e everything you stated is correct except for the payout for personal days. That is state dependent. Some states (like MA) pay out for those days.
Usually whenever there is a rif, vacation pay is given the following pay period after release date. Personal Days are never given out. Hence why people say, take those first every year before vacation time.
Any money beyond that owed is given usually 30 to 45 days after separation. Best of luck!
