@bp7 It will go 1 or two ways. Settles quietly or taken all the way in which case if its the latter, that takes months at a time for updates. Fast and speedily trials are ever rare.
@eg love the passion in the response ! Anytime someone uses the word clowns in any response gets kudos from me. Well done sir !
Any update on this lawsuit ?
Listen, Genius, I clearly know 1,000% more than you, and when MM settles this for tens of millions, do come back and apologize. Btw, are you the clown who in July said you knew for a fact that there wouldn’t be any more layoffs this year? There have been two and we are still counting. I think your mommy is calling you back upstairs from the basement. Your muffins are out of the oven.
@d7 you clearly no nothing about how brokers work and how they’re separate from MM even when selling their products.
@d7
And $67.5 million is nothing to sneeze at. Especially after they laid off 60 human beings recently in ETX.
Of course MM is responsible. It’s their structured product that blew up and they profited from it. Clearly you know nothing about the law.
@bt Yet their name is on that lawsuit and was ruled it can go by a judge.
To be fair, this isn’t MM at fault. It’s a financial advisor who gets commission for selling MM policies.
