Any legacy uniti people here who can tell us about the severance plan? Windstream cut ours and only left supplemental unemployment to make up the difference in lost salary for a few weeks, or until you got a new job.

@br Uniti historically has just cut a check based on your time with the company. I believe they are currently still doing so.
I don't think Uniti employees have found this site yet. They didn't have monthly layoffs like Windstream, so there was probably nothing to talk about here.
Yeah, that's the Windstream way, get RIF'd and then make up the difference in what you were making and what unemployment pays. If you get hired, you get nothing further.
