How does the HR calculation work?
Is it considered only 4 days every week or can we do all 16 days together and get 4 days WFH in last week ?
How does it work in other locations ?

India haven't started the 4 day (16/20) yet. Next month I believe, don't remember why they had a delay on it.
For my team in Manchester, we simply go off the reporting. The requirement is an ''average'' of 4 days a week office. So you can do 5 days office for 3 weeks and 1 day office for the final week, as long as 16/20 days are done.
@bq Your boss may not care but HR have the ability to look at the data and can see if you're front loading your days then not coming in the final week at all. Remember, the stated requirement is "4 days a week" not "16 days a period".
My boss in the US doesn’t care how we get our days in, as long as we hit the required amount. Can do 16 straight or do 1 day home per week, it doesn’t matter. Some teams may be different though.
Mysource is programmed to be 16 days in 20. So you can preloaded your days. But they is no transfer between 4 week periods.
In eu we can do maximum days in 3 weeks and then be remote
