Why are we still dragging ourselves in three days a week when nearly 80% of the workforce is fully remote anyway? Make it make sense. Moving it to 2 days would literally fix half the morale issues in one swing. Easy!
And can Chicago offices please get mandatory remote weeks during Taste of Chicago or other local gridlock "natural disasters"? Navigating downtown during major city events is a full-contact sport, and doing it just to sit on useless teamscalls in a cubicle is absurd.
I know people get pissy when employees come on here to vent, but where else are we supposed to go? The employee survey feels like a black hole where feedback goes to die. I’m putting this out here with the naive hope that someone in leadership actually reads it, gets it, and decides to care for once.

They could explain to everyone why certain groups can work remote that are not part of healthspring

Unfortunately the president couldn’t explained this. So how would directors explain this as they have to come into empty offices as well. Maybe it’s time to leave the company and have season talent elsewhere.
They took Donna back for a reason. All her team is remote. No one could tell me why directors and managers in the same team could work remote. It is so exhausting to travel a 1 1/2 hr to an empty building while I have coworkers that are now grandparents working at their children’s states homes to be there. While I’m commuting and get punished if I’m not in the empty building 3x a week. How is this fair? It’s just time to look work under Donna or another company,
@bj agreed. They WANT people to quit. They actively want work morale to su-k. Remember- do more with less. ( except the butt clowns- they need more money to do less work. )
You fail to understand. No one who could make these changes cares about morale improvements. In fact, just the opposite.
Every worker who voluntarily leaves is one less layoff, one less severance. Less going to us, more going to the c-suite.
Expect no improvements, ever. The best case scenario is that things don't get even worse.
