Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

Take Care of Yourself!

I had the opportunity to leave last year and I took it. Not part of a downsizing, no severance. Just a realization that SF was not a mentally heathy company to work for and I began looking for other jobs. So many secrets, so much job insecurity, so much toxic leadership. After a year, I can look back and be thankful I had the courage to leave. My new job pays more, I feel more appreciated, and my leadership is honest and caring. One thing I've learned - trust NO ONE at SF. It's not just a cliche, it's survival advice. And, honestly, if you have the opportunity to leave, do it. I promise that your mental health will thank you.

Good to hear OP, also, dont fall for the agitation bait, its one person who just spams all the threads trying to agitate people, dont play into it, just ignore them they dont even work here, not sure if they ever did (might be a bot with the website to bait engagement)

SF with their all about me, take care of yourself, and it's a business decision is the epitome of their hypocrisy. I really don't know how they sleep at night and live with themselves. It is evidence of lies and deception not only among their employees but their customers ad well. Glad I do not live my personal life associated with these behaviors.

Do you see how they fight the truth. A very sad and disgraceful organization from what was once the best.

Sound like you don’t have any resilience or adaptability. To get to a better state we need both. Nice victim mentality loser

SF is all smoke and mirrors. Insurance and employees are just an inconvenience to our Executive leadership. Scam artists! They are only interested in manipulating things to the point where they can hit a couple of $20 million dollar SMIP bonuses like MT and his cronies did and then they and their families are set for life. Generational money. They will step on anyone they need to get it! Just remember every word they tell you is a complete lie. These are evil people! Soulless!

In leadership we call this the scorched earth tour....blaming everyone else except the Executives that are making these decisions and continue with this horrible MT business model! Burn and churn and pump and dump model! Double down on stupid and then do it again! Livin on a Prayer and Half Way There! Place is a total dump!
