Hey, Han's homely hornswoggler! Where is the stock price now? I'm thinking that it might have some impact on his Fans Only page. Just a thought.

Consumer Wireless huge hit offset by Business Wireless gains. Consumer is in trouble which is not a surprise since Hans handed it off to Sampath. The good news is the cash flow. As long as cash flow is in good shape, Verizon won't reduce the dividend.

You should all thank the leadership for the uptick. If people would put in just 10% of what the leadership puts in everyday the stock would soar over 100!

'Numbers are good'

For the executive bonuses you mean for squeaking out a good quarter. Or things have 'turned the corner' and then they can start another hiring spree, nobody will need to worry about layoffs anymore since the company righted the sinking ship.

Numbers can be tweaked - Enron and Worldcom surely had things 'under control' and would have recovered from their 'oops' moment? No???

Your post is implying good times are here again? Only for the executives who probably have a bonus kick in for a good quarter or two.

What I love about these gaslighting moerons here pumping junk is that the stock is still down 5% month over month and almost 15% year to date. It is the class of employees that have been hired and promoted during Hans's tenure that has created so much chaos and havoc. The house cleaning and clearing that will be coming will be glorious to watch. Schaden Freude on crack!

We don’t live in some socialist utopia so social issues are moot. Only thing that matters is the acquisition of capital and that’s back on track. Bunch of clowns pretending the stock market actually cares about that.

Soooo many of these responses are fake news! Stock is up premarket which signifies that Wall Street is happy. Like the OP said, you’re a bunch of clowns.

This is nothing to celebrate. The story on the street is that Verizon did not suk as much this quarter as expected. The forecasted year-end net earnings does not bode well for those thinking that layoffs are done with.

Free cash flow, a metric closely watched by investors to help determine dividend payouts, came in at $8 billion, above analysts' average expectation of $5.05 billion, according to Visible Alpha.

Verizon's total revenue fell 3.5% to $32.6 billion in the quarter ended June 30, missing analysts' estimates of $33.24 billion, according to Refinitiv data. Net income fell 10.3% to $4.8 billion.

The company also maintained its forecast for profit in the range of $4.55 to $4.85 per share in 2023.

Wireless service revenue is expected to grow between 2.5% and 4.5% in 2023, it said. Verizon Business reported 308,000 wireless retail postpaid net additions in the quarter.

8K wireless postpaid phone net additions. Weak, but at least it wasn’t negative. We’ll make up the revenue difference next quarter as our price increases kick in.

Hopefully this is a pivot point and we go up from here.

@vdz+1nMHEKWb is the reason that the stock has been down. Not one of these clowns understands this business, which is scary because it is so straightforward. Then again, he's a pretty sketchy and bent soul. The stock is sideways until Hans and his nitwits are pushed out. My guess is before year-end.

The numbers actually su-k. If earnings are up but revenue is not that means a disproportionate reduction in expenses vs revenue. This is putting a band-aid on a gash and shows the disconnect between the fields and the feckless in BR. The company makes money in spite of the lack of leadership because of the large customer base Hans inherited and habit. The future is sideways until Hans is gone.
