One could argue most of the talent left already. I’m not saying this to be a troll, but most people I respected have left or have absolutely given up and show up barely engaged with a lack of ethics/morals. They’re just phoning it in because they’re so tired of the constant fight to put patients first.

Remote jobs are still out there. Just a bit harder.

I had coworker leave for a remote job and get 25% pay bump. They would have been ok with a 3day rto. Good for them. Got what they wanted and $ as a bonus.

If you’re looking remote, look at companies HQ in California. They are still hiring talent remote, because it’s cheaper than paying CA rates

And they cut the health insurance so that ExCom and Senior leadership can get their bonus regardless of their performance

Funny post. Where can you go these days? Any important companies are implementing RTO. Just work as prescribed 9-5 M-F. Collaboration and winning. Not sleeping in late and whining
