Lawsuit against Fiserv

It is now official Great Southern Bank is suing Fiserv.

I can’t stand Frank and his failed leadership team, but the EDO team did an excellent job. Simply, no one can make GSB happy, just a small city syndrome! I am glad it is over. My GSB counterparts were toxic, never happy.

Good riddance!!!

Appears Fiserv is doing their very best to drag this out and keep the details quiet.

SCHEDULING ORDER: Discovery due by 8/29/2025. Dispositive Motions due by 1/23/2026. Pretrial Conference set for 5/26/2026 01:30 PM by telephone before District Judge. Jury Trial set for 6/22/2026 09:00 AM in Courtroom 2, Springfield (VJC) before District Judge s. Signed on 9/24/24 by District Judge (Names removed however all public record).

By May of 2026 FB and KKR will have cashed out.

Fiserv has been demonstrating and promising the DNA UX since 2016. It was a resuscitated remnant from the failed Acumen project and describing it as anything else is a gross misrepresentation. Fiserv has NEVER created any product, core or otherwise. Les and George both acquired the the original cores and they merged Sunshine State and Vision (now rebranded Cleartouch) with great intentions back in the 80's. The early culture was great but went south when Don Dillon became Chairman with the ITI merger in 1995 and it's gone downhill ever since. George Dalton loved Fiserv's customers and is no doubt rolling over in his grave at the total sh*t show Fiserv has become.

So 450 banks suing would be noticed?

Frankserv doesn't care about a lawsuit here and there. However multiple clients filing litigation is cause for concern and the noisier the better! Frankserv needs to keep his misdeadings in the shadows.

They were sold DNA 2+ years ago since then SME's associated to the core have been dismissed by FB team. While a few good ones remain, they are too thin to accommodate a demanding client. Hope GSB legal actions expose the staffing problems, lack of SME's and Fiserv policies that have led the client to take this step. @bgh+1svkq0IU is correct there are tons of pi--ed clients but as we know here leadership does not care its stock options and bonuses for Fiserv's one percent the rest let them eat pizza.

You obviously do not know the history here. Have you stopped to wonder what made them so bitter? It's been a long time coming. Try to see it from the client perspective - spending millions of dollar for sub-par products and services.

You'd be pi---d too.
