Anyone know the WFH rules? I would like to maximize while not appearing on any naughty lists.

We cannot brainwash and indoctrinate you if you are at home and not at cult (err work).
Get in the office. We only value what we can see.
The tracking dashboard is stupid. It says I am not at my assigned location every day, but my assigned location is the engineering office.
@e9 you are right and all it takes is a change in strategy or supervisor for something that was ok to be punished
It very much depends on you, your role, and your supervisor. I WFH on the same day of almost every week, plus occasional other days here and there, and I ignore the workplace insights dashboard. Nothing happens, no one cares, because I get my stuff done and my supervisor doesn’t care. If they wanted me out they’d likely go straight to workplace insights and use that to show me the door. WFH at your own risk.
@bg you will still show up on the dashboard. Doesn’t matter if you need to be in the office or not.

There is some system that is monitoring badge swipes and generates a list of bad actors. I would like to know the criteria
Singapore employee here. Seems like it's depends on your supervisor. I don't see many people in office on Thursdays and Fridays, so I guess most ppl are wfh. Meetings are mostly zoom so there isn't a need to be in office
