If people are asking the question here about bonuses, and saying "Why the h–ldid I get missed with several other groups" especially since i got stellar end of year performance review?
Where the heck is my increase in pay and bonus you OFD cheerleading numb-nuts. These bonuses are fictional in some business units. I've been asking around in different groups across the company, and nothing seems to be rolling down hill the the regular workers.
People management at Fiserv is a joke with the new OFD group, and they don't care about your idea's. They just want "Yes" men to work overtime, and have no concept of work-life-balance. This must be another purchased award or the new management group is taking credit for awards that Jeff earned?
