It’s not that I wouldn’t expect it. But it would be helpful to know. So much has been happening behind the scenes with little to no communication, and it’s only making the already low morale worse.

the "behind the scenes" army talks constant sh-t, but when things get tough, they fill fall in line
@e2 you clearly never served.
There is a saying a general can't be a army. To be an effective army you need privates, sargents, officers, general working together as one piece.
With the way EH and Nike upper management been firing and laying off employees, there will be EH in the lead with his officers and no army behind them. That is not a good plan and I hope that EH can see that.
EH could be a nice guy and hard worker but not an effective CEO.
Steve Jobs, nobody will say that he was a nice guy but one heck of visionary and effective. I hope to differentiate it.
my two cents worth
@bf+1k16qncvy Literally know multiple (10+) people being displaced being given new roles (and being asked what they want) instead of laying them off but ok.
@b3 That’s cute you think they’re putting a lot of thought into this one. We are just numbers on a sheet
Pretty sure it’s a reorg and not massive layoffs. I know they are putting a lot of thought into reallocating people who’s jobs are impacted which hasn’t been the case in prior rounds
@a6+1k16qncvy Exactly. ...And I love how EH went from the guy buying people coffee and lunch to pushing them off the layoff cliff.
Layoffs are not the only solution.
Culture and morale are in the toilet.
Yep.. right before ‘well, that su-ks’ week
It’s actually starting next week
Everyone praises EH but the silence regarding reorg plans is really not good for morale and mental stability. Hope they get over with it soon …( as in September and not later )
