I'll believe it when I see it. However, I heard there was a recent report that showed a high percentage of those who had the highest ranks in annual reviews have left the company. Attrition is off the charts. I had 4 ppl tell me they've resigned this week.

I heard directly from my VP that the mandatory 9 hours isn’t required anymore. So maybe there is some truth to this rumor. However, I haven’t seen anything updated as far as official policy goes.

8 hours unless you’re grade 11 or 12 above then it’s 9 hours? Add in additional time ontop of 8 or 9 hours (depending on grade) if you’re taking a lunch?

@bf+1jtsm2xft It says in "U.S. Work Policy for Salaried Associates" on Fuel that 9 hours applies to grades 11+ not 12+.

Rto , 9 hrs work days and frequent RIFs are all contributing to employee morale and dissatisfaction. The management still doesn’t understand why there are so many incidents and outages. It’s simple, people are overworked, underpaid and under appreciated. It’s too simple for anyone to see. We will wait for some big consulting firm to convey the obvious issues to management. Management doesn’t trust employees and trust is a two way process. The company has no loyalty to employees but want full loyalty from employees

It's 9 hours from first badge-in to last badge-out for non-manager grade 12+. You can work 8hr in the office and take a 1hr off-campus lunch. Anyone who says otherwise is misinformed.

No @b8+1jtsm2xft, non-managers have to do 9 hours above a certain grade. It's not just managers.

It already is 8 hours unless you’re a manager.
