I know some groups weren’t hit in the last round of layoffs and we are still fat with duplicate roles due to Xerox/Lexmark teams being merged. And the company isnt doing well. So I suspect more layoffs are coming. Seen a few people say May 30. How likely is that? Anyone got any insight or a crystal ball?

@be Hang on for severance? You must be a very small thinker. 3 months should not make a difference to anyone. Finding a job when you have one is 100% easier. Once you are let go, the stink is on you.

2nd Week of May, August and Oct 2026 and then while not completely planned out but will be needed - Feb and May 2027.
@OP layoffs will continue to happen each quarter. They will be just under the WARN notice number. Xerox people targeted because we make more than Lexmark. If you are a redundant worker, even with the best reputation and work ethic, you are nothing but a number: total compensation. Get out and get out now. Why stick around at a place that can’t provide basic employee financial benefits? Speaking of employees, how is that culture campaign coming along KK? LAUGHABLE.
