@bc did they offer you a severance if you chose option2 to exit the company?
@bc out of curiosity is the expanded role similar to what you did or be put on a completely different team? What about pay, was it equivalent or reduced or doubtfully increased? Just to understand
My career option was simple today.
Option 1, was to accept an expanded role.
Option 2, was to exit the company.

Yep. The same as it should be, just isn’t voluntary….
