Incorrect. We are the rocket. We are the propulsion. They're all sitting on our backs. And when the rocket gets high enough, what always happens to the passenger capsule? It detaches and lets the booster fall to the ground as the passengers inside happily continue forward...
Some layoffs. Mote time to be present in Office. No bonus or raises. I could go on
I am sure that Frank and the other C-Suite executives are riding the rocket. The only ones on the rocket.
I'm sure they'll talk about how we've done well enough for c-level bonuses but nothing for the people doing 3-4 peoples jobs due to their massive cuts and smart people moving on.
