There's actually a PIP week here? It's not a year-round thing? Haven't been here long enough to know, but if it's true, I like it.

Hey, I'm new here too... everyone keeps talking about PIP Week, but what about Promotion Week? When is that? I'm a hard worker, so I'd like to plan ahead.

There is no "pip week." You could get the pip hammer anytime between now and late August-ish. Welcome to Exxon!
