Does anyone have insight on what date department budgets will be approved/finalized this month?

@b8 you must work on the BH operations team, they spin in circles and have no clue up from down. Worst group seriously. They won’t last much longer they keep shifting them till they get them out the door in 2026
All were finalized in December. Bar any business changes or external factors it's stabilized, well at least in tech
idk why people are downvoting the dude saying it's going to lead to layoffs. it is. i've had like 4 projects get funding pulled, those teams are getting axed, and if my team keeps losing projects, ill be gone too.
It's wild to me that 2026 budgets aren't finalized in Q4. Like WTF, how do we know what to work on in Q1 if this isn't done. I'm still waiting on a finalized budget for me work and it's affecting contracts, etc. It's wild to me.

@af Hey genius, once deptartment budgets are finalized, that will determine what if any positions may be elimited. Clearly you are a lower grade level if you do not understand this.
