It’s embarrassing that leadership doesn’t even have the b@lls to communicate it
Sounds like it was an Ops team let go. We will most likely supplement that with an outsourced, furthering the decline of the processes. Another terrible decision by leadership.
@ee We don't really have a choice: there are few jobs right now and everyday working here presents new frustrations. It's just survival at this point.
@b5 me too, been actively applying for new roles the last couple of weeks. I've absolutely no respect for this company or leadership anymore. Morale is the lowest it's ever been for me right now
