Very surprised to see that they are letting selective employees WFH this coming week. Sent Sunday morning and perhaps people might not get the email. However maybe they waking to reality at this company and realizing people are upset and angry over what Frank did

You don't need manager or HR approval if the new department is part of a different company. People switch to departments at other companies all the time at Fiserv.
Has anyone been able to move to a different position before their one year anniversary? Did you have to get manager/HR approval If so? My work environment is draining and uncomfortable and I’d like to explore other roles under different managers but I have a few more months left before I’ve been in my role a year.

What kind of stupid person said putting 3,000 people in a building with half the amount of parking spots was a good idea and the way to go. And what other people just let this happen. And then what other people accept this and take the shuttle for absurd mistakes. Start a petition

@as years ago Fiserv was destination employment and was actually good to its employees. We also ran facilities in a detailed and effective way that maximized production and employee benefit. Frank destroyed that. WFH was a vital part of our success, the talent was off the charts.
People need to stop with the "COVID is over su-k it up!". Many thousands of fiserv employees were wfh up to two days a week before frank tanked fiserv. It was like this for literal years prior. Or did enough people get canned and replaced new that they forgot about this?

Its because 300 and 400 BH no longer allow Fiserv to take over their parking now that more tenants moved in. Nothing to do with actually trust of flexibility. Enjoy the mandatory ride from Nokia starting soon. What a cluster. Why dont they just build a damn parking deck already?
