yeah its so frustrating. I just had my meeting and am now reporting into someone who has NO experience and expertise in the area they will be managing and is notorious for gatekeeping and stealing credit for others. I am glad I still have a job but not looking forward to having all my great ideas stolen. GJ NIKE
