@a1 correct. no one above manager level cares. Change talk means rifs restructure chaos and cronies from outside coming in with high salaries to reinvent the wheel. Same emails townhalls and cycles for 5+ years.
@ay cw employee Herr and since I worked 12 hrs today, I don't have 13 more to tell you all the things wrong. It is a nightmare, that's all.
What is wrong with CW?
It's everywhere not just in FL. We have a real leadership problem or really a lack of leadership problem!!!!!! There are so many leaders you would think at least one or two of them would have sense! Wrong!!
