@b8 this org continues to reward poor leaders that should be allowed to retire or be fired. Dean is a a nice person but brings nothing to that new job.

@ax your crazy J dean needs to get on his surfboard and take the next wave out of here if you know his story. His strategy was a failure at frito then sent to beverages and the performance was worse I thought for sure he would have retired. All the guy brought to beverages was sell more muscle milk and look at the share now. Never had a strategy lead us into a massive share loss and exits out the back probably with a raise
John is the right pick, and his leadership gives me a genuine reason for optimism. Pragmatic, transparent, and focused on outcomes rather than politics. With a more effective and aligned support system than what exists today within the S&T organization, the potential for success would have been tremendous. Best of luck.
