A tech person at JP can be a tech person in some other sector. A project manager at JP can be a PM somewhere else. Why limit yourself to the banking sector only, branch out.

@b9+1jmak85c4 Maybe not easily, but the pay in big finance for technology specific is not very competitive. Anyone who truly applies themselves can see themselves out with a very good pay raise.

Stability?!?!? You’re kidding right? If you’re not, well, stability is out the window.
I think everyone knows they can easily make 20% more if they leave, but people stay due to the stability and they do not want to risk learning anything new.
