Fooktards doing the RTO hours report late yet again

yep late again, how can you even begin to trust the accuracy if they cannot compile the data 4 days after the cutoff???

god, I wish I could write the story of this. but nothings anonymous. Inhumane Resources and Deloitte, what a combo! it's how and where that department works.

Just imagine, they couldn’t fix presence report issue but they take path to accuse employees for cobc violations. They are targeting employees unethically.

They say report will be updated every Wednesday 10am CT

The report didn’t updated for 2 weeks straight.

Then that report will be updated on Thursday 10 am CT.

Now they say it will be updated 3pm CT.

What’s going on here , there is a dedicated team working on this power bi report, I do power bi in my spare time and I can do better than this

Employees whose access card was not active or working for certain period were accused for swipe in and left. This is how they terminate in name of cobc.So beaware of this company.

"Sweet. that means the report isn’t showing that I’ve been working from home."

There is a second report for that.

If report is so faulty then why accusing anybody under Cobc. This is worst practice. Terminate someone but don’t put them under cobc

bring back the damn timeclock... much more efficient than multiple reports managed by college hires making $150K a year pushing out potential lawsuits. It would be far more accurate than the bulsheeet being published as "official records".... makes you think, is that reflective of the accuracy of our EPS?

I think it just boils down to they can not handle the number of tickets for incorrect metrics perhaps. Issues from months back have never been corrected and now everyone is tracking themselves with personal scripts showing log in times and server connection and log out time.

@aw Most people spend time every day tracking their time. Efficiency!

I don’t see anything wrong with that and nothing wrong with clocking watching as well, because that’s what counts, 8 hours.

Years of loyalty, working outside normal hours , going the extra mile, all these things doesn’t work.

I asked my manager to work from home for 2 days, just 2 days, he said he can’t do anything as he has to answer the upper management

Their incompetence just makes me more likely to track my own time now that they do not want to share their "evidence".

They put in some random excuses saying they are not able to fix this issue with individual presence reporting.

They are using the same data to calculate and populate the managers dashboard then what’s broken ?

They will slowly phase out the visibility for the employees, I am most sure what’s the reason
