I heard that there have been, or are going to be soon, in person only meetings for directors and senior directors. Anyone know what the topic is? Hopefully nothing bad.

Moving to Teams from Slack, does that mean we’ll also bail on Zoom?
To discuss what other tools GT should replace, so we can waste the next 2 years writing our own tools, uploading code in GIT and don't forget to use CoPilot.
Intelligence is living on borrowed time in humans especially in GT :(
How do you know people are clueless low level trolls? Seek Slack comments below. End of fiscal? Hahaha! You don’t know anything.
@fd+1jm7rgwmp After 18 months she owns that org and the team composition. Many snakes - yes. Could she have changed or improved that dramatically? Also yes.
Update, Slack offline by end of FY. Transition to teams starting in Q4.
I feel bad for whoever gets the CTO role, never setup for success with the amount of snakes in that organization
Travel budgets need to be spent before end of fiscale. The directors en SD need a party.
have you all noticed that all posts mentioning MD were deleted? let s see for how long this one is live
It’s about transitioning from Slack to Microsoft teams. This has been on the roadmap
@aw+1jm7rgwmp I think most people had some optimism when she joined. However, it's been a year and a half and she has done jack sh-t except go on frivolous field trips and shove the world's biggest IP theft scheme down our throats.
And that's ignoring the fact that teams have had to spend their time writing whitepapers explaining the BASICS of technology to her instead of literally anything else. What a waste of resources.
Great post Muge !
I hope others see the opportunities with MDs leadership and look beyond the association with JD. I believe in her and what she represents as a female leader in tech.
Discuss ME new strategy regarding communication, guidance for retention, talent growth, etc. It was a click down from a meeting she had with VPs early in January. Nothing to be afraid of. It was actually quite insightful.
