All I can say is this person was one of us (a little higher level than most of us though) and out there speaking the truth, raising concerns, trying to get people to listen - for what just to be canned for being a whistleblower.

So much for our ethics and “if you see something say something” policy.

Everyone better tread lightly here.

@by8 brave of you to think that @av can do math. I mean they probably a 30 year tenured associate and can't do anything without a SOP and you better hope the Excel formula isn't broken.

@av Oh, my. Aren't you a snooty little thing? I can't give you an update on that particular case, but I can tell you about someone who's case did not get dismissed. In fact, it led to a voluntary settlement by the company for $97 mil....of which the whistleblower award was 30%...You do the math, smart guy.

@bk if you think the EC posts on here or pays attention to the whiny minority, you clearly you suffer from TDS.

Love Marcella Gift posting anonymously about her lawsuit. Like when EC posts pretending to be regular employees loving the company.

@OP yes we should believe all of her claims because that's how it works.

When the case gets dismissed, come back and give us that update as well.
