Class Action Lawsuit

Anyone else have an investigator with an attorney's office reaching out to them regarding a class action lawsuit?

I left the company years ago and STILL hear from counsel for Fiserv litigants and regulators from time to time. If you name has ever been in a press release or on the website with any implication of credentials or responsibility, you will hear from people hoping you broke the rules, retained some records, and have scores to settle. Not sure why anyone would want to be a troublemaker, but opportunities have been numerous.

@b7 Commas can be your friend. They can make a run-on sentence go from unclear to clear pretty quickly. You may have heard that it takes a combination of keystrokes to achieve a comma, but I can assure you this is not the case. As a matter of fact, just take a peek at the key to the left of the period key. That's it.

@bj You're right. 2 minutes of me telling him, "I don't know," and the call was over.

Pretty sure the class action is customers vs Clover. Nothing to do with hiring, firing, etc. So be cautious speaking about it. Even if youre not with Fiserv anymore, any info given to "investigators" could land you in hot water, too, if its not YOUR case.

Oh stop there will never be a class action lawsuit filed by any current or employee. It is pointless if you understand the 'at will laws' in the majority of the states we live in for one. Stop dreaming about someone else saving you from a cr-ppy job. Do your job today keep your skills sharp take on more if it makes you more valuable to your customers. Control your own destiny stop waiting for others.

@av I don't know yet! I Googled and it looks like it's Clover related. I'll talk to him in a bit and provide an update! Didn't mean to be so vague. Lol!
