So now they are sc--wing people over with the merit increases. EVERYONE who is not on a PIP or disciplinary action should get something. Typically, between 1-8% depending on your grade level.

@ey+1jt47deez What happens if someone gets fired with no backfill. Does that pot shrink? Seems like everyone got a sh---y raise even after layoffs last year. Math isn't Mathing.
What don't you people understand? There is a "pot" of money based on everyone's individual salary. It sounds like it is based on 3% this year. If you make $100,000 a 3% raise is $3,000. If you make $50,000 a 3% raise is $1,500. The total maximum amount to be given out is $4,500 for your team of two. Your boss is under guidance NOT to spend all the money in the budget. Some VPs hold back about 25% of the budget for promotions or emergency $. Your boss is also told not everyone can get the full 2.75% left in the budget. In the senario above, if either one of you gets more than 2.75% you are essentially taking it from your teammate(s). The people on here bragging about their 10% raise, shut up. Your teammates will have a target on your back.
probably because there's plenty of people who absolutely busted their a-s last year to be given a paltry 3%, which doesn't even cover inflation.
@av+1jt47deez Not sure why people are hating. Congratulations on 10%. It's good if anyone is actually getting raises.
Where do I check and see merit increase?
What if I have not seen or heard about a raise. I got a "meets" a few months ago. Last year low % April 1 but just checked Workday and nothing. Am I being canned tomorrow?
only 1-8%? lucky me.. i got 10%
Any good ones or were all of them bad?
@a5+1jt47deez Maybe you su-k
Yeah, I got 3% as well. What happened to the 15% that was promised on this site? LOL.
How are they "sc--wing" ppl of you're on a PIP or disciplinary action?
It was 3% budgeted across the board. If you received different that’s on you.
