You know the scene from the Big Lebowski where Jeff Bridges is choking down a joint and rocking CCR, that was me the whole way down 400 to drop my laptop off in Alpharetta yesterday. Felt like a load disappeared off my shoulder when I walked out of there for the final time. Found a 100% remote position for more money so it was a no brainer decision to leave. Su-ks to leave without a package, but at least was able to double dip the last two weeks of 2024 as a consolation prize. I have watched people have strokes and end up hospitalized and even die from the work load of this place, this place and the work is not worth your health or life. I hope all of you can find your own way out as it is beyond toxic and unhealthy here. Directors and Managers are no longer able to put the associate first and have grace and humanity in their decision making - (#1 reason for my departure). It has turned into a true corporate atmosphere where we are only a number to the C-suite level. There are some amazing people and even a few great leaders left here and I wish you all the best...I hope you can hang in there with all the double standards and rules for thee but not for me that are riddled throughout the Firm. (by the way whoever started calling this place the Firm, that sh*t sounds g-y af)

Whats the deal with this company and implementing new attendance policies, sapience, and returning to office 5 days a week?
42K? Maybe in 2018. Now? It's lucky if we are at 32K.
@at+1jgkp1t4m 1/225 people pre social security age every year is too many, but it is still multiples higher than that. Are you clinically re--rded?
Can we just give our laptops to the security at the entrance? I'm thinking of doing the same thing. I don't see a point in giving a 2-week notice
Think we got another C-suiter @at+1jgkp1t4m!
When the maths starts looking good, but has so many issues with it and absolutely no correlation, Fiserv
You can not be a number at a large company with this 1 neat trick! Your manager and their manager treat you as a human being with a life outside of work. Insane I know. Who knew I’d you wake up to a flat tire and have a laptop issued to you from your company that you can actually work from home that day instead of using sick time or making someone cover you.
To the poster, how can you not be a number at a giant 42000 employee corporation. Also 42k.
Also, Calculation For a population of 42,000, assuming average risk:
Strokes:
42,000×0.004=168 people.
Heart Attacks:
42,000×0.004=168 people.
So 336 people per year get an health event like you talk about.
I don't think I've ever seen so many people at a single employer get hit with heart issues, strokes, and more as much as this place. At least not in an office environment. Maybe there are some investment banking firms, and probably several coal mining facilities outside of an office, but i think fiserv is unique.
[Snark]It's almost like this place causes them.[/snark]
If CA gets the CEO role it will be worse for our associates. JG, GC will be close to as bad as CA. Hoping HP returns as CEO
