John has multiple people running around in quality role - yet the quality has been in the toilet since John took over! He has a transformation person who has a HR background and a chief quality person who was a lower level worker bee 2 years ago. Ok then. He has an SVP for MDI with 4 people ... What?!? Is that a joke? Oh I mean job? And... this folks is the reason FIG is in the gutter! All the people who know what they are doing are buried in the Org because Johnny boy likes it that way. What a mess! It is time to make a RUN. Because there are plenty of other companies that value talent!

Does Gibbons still have a book club? I wonder how many bootlickers are signed up for it. When his book club was announced he made it seem like some exclusive club club that everyone should be honored to be a part of. Gibbons is such a d-bag.
Bank and Credit Union have always been full of SVP's no one actually knew what they did. Usually they lasted a few years then were part of the layoffs. I am sure whatever they are working on was "important".

That whole company is a joke! You always see on the signature best place to work the last 10 years LMAO! FiServ was the worst place I ever worked. I couldn’t get out of there soon enough. Nothing will ever change and it’s definitely discriminatory against white people at FiServ….
