Why is no one talking about the companies Jim Rec tum and Sanjay completely wrecked before coming to wreck us too? Why does Humana hire this documented failures?

We have been for sale for years. There have been attempts or ‘discussions’, United, Aetna, Walmart, Cigna… The board brought in people who were known to sell companies, Bruce B., Brian Kane, etc. Now Humana has purchased a Home health and a primary care company and took its PBM and made it a subsidiary. Maybe the bigger package can survive, maybe it will be more appealing to someone who wants to buy or maybe splitting up to sell is best. I have stopped guessing.
That’s a mighty bold statement. What are you qualifications and of you knew better why aren’t you in position to make these amazing changes
@ad humana has been trying to see for a decade now. It appears as though no one wants to touch it with a 10 ft pole. Now with the medicaid mess and H putting all eggs in the Medicare basket, it is even less of a bargain. Ha!
Did it ever occur to you that they were brought in to break the company up or sell it off rather than make it better. Humana is only as valuable as the sum of it component parts.
