Hearing Neil is shutting down the GPU Cloud Services Business and major reorgs are inbound. Rumor is he had marketing pull their booth from HPE Discover. WFRs to start June 2nd, right before earnings....

Today’s the day for GPU Cloud Services ☠️
Most of the WFR's were announced two weeks ago today. Many good people on the way out the door. Earnings are announced tomorrow so it will be interesting to see what happens next.
I mean, didn’t Servers BU just complete laying off approx. 2500 employees… surely they need some employees right?

Neils teams are why hpe is in this mess. If he had any heart or stones he would wfr himself as recognition for the harm he has caused.
It's possible since Q3 is one the four most popular quarters for layoffs at HPE.
Never could figure out how HPE could possibly compete in cloud services with Amazon, Google, and Microsoft - all of which have billions to invest. And everyone now has to compete with the leading manufacturer of GPUs, NVIDIA. Microsoft appears to be pulling back already.
@ar didn't Neri say layoffs will happen over the next 18mths or so, so it could totally be true.
Q3 is done. Q4 will start August
@ar everyone who's an actually employee knows they're announcing Q2 results in early June. It's always a month behind the actual end of the quarter.
June 2nd would be in the middle of the fiscal quarter that actually ends in July. You have ZERO credibility. Why do people come here and stir up the employees?
They really like early July WFRs... in the USA right after Independence Day.
