Many of the LI brag posts on UNC training include a photo of the attendees and it is clear that the training is to promote DEI. Under represented groups are very much over represented in the attendees.

The whole premise of DEI is flawed. How many characteristics are you going to equalize for. I guarantee some protected groups had it easier than some white people. It is a fools errand to try fix everything based on skin color.
Why are you so threatened by DEI? it is a meritocricy. I agree that no one should be given a free pass because of their background, including those who come from a privileged background.

You do realize the program is global, right? Even with that global nature, it still leans very heavily towards white males. I say this confidently as someone who attended, not someone who looks in from the outside on LI and attempts to use those pictures to justify a bigoted worldview
