There's no hard numbers and I don't think anyone in HR actually knows
Someone under VH told me that only 15 people in VH's entire org took it, but I don't know what to believe tbh just sharing what I know

Not one opted in on my team. The skip level spoke to each that was going to opt-in and had them open HR request to get their status updated to remote, including skip level. Most opting in for this phase were in leadership positions. It is awesome to have such caring leadership where people come first rather than business. I’m still concerned about huge impact we would have from layoffs because of RTO manipulative HR changes . We are ———
60% of our team was eligible for opt in this phase and 33% of those took it.
Someone who was thinking of taking the package was told by HR over 500 took the package. We also had a team meeting and was told by our VP that it was over 500. So the numbers were the same from 2 different teams with 2 different HR people.
