Yabuki was yes. Unlike Frank, Yabuki evolved, responded and made efforts to stay in touch with the workforce. No, he was not perfect but the difference in the overall company morale Jeff vs Frank is staggering.
Yabuki was on the worst list in 2013 and 2014.

If I am not mistaken, he has the lowest approval rating of just about any CEO in the Fortune 500 on indeed and/or glassdoor. Which is richly deserved, being such a shallow uninspiring hack.

If you're a Fiserv employee, over the last couple years this man has done nothing but strip you of any perks/freedoms you had at work. He's tracking your output, he doesn't trust you to perform the job you've been hired to do.
