The fu-k is a “bonus?”
MC is management committee. Made up of the business leaders across the various lines. I think it was anyone two levels away from FB but could be wrong about that.

You were right. TH is retiring! The only MC member worse than FB in the past decade.
This is great news if true….unfortunately so much great talent left or RIF because of the original mandate and not sure if that type of talent will come back to Fiserv.
