Business as usual? Not really.

I find the lack of information being shared following EH's announcement frustrating. When will they share the sports/categories we'll be structured under (yes we can guess what they are but some official info would be great)? When will the VP round be finished, what is next? Senior directors and directors? Will there by layoffs? What's the timeline of all this by market/geos?

So many of us who were here during last summers massive reorg had to keep the lights on while working through the changes totally in the dark. This time is around it's not much different. So on top of all this, HR is sending out engagement surveys?

Think of a bad manager. Like actually toxic manager you hope gets let go.

They will be promoted and given a bigger team.

And the trusted 20 year Nike actual leader will be let go and it won’t make sense.

Are there any more changes expected after the new roles and org starts after Labor Day? Im praying a few bad managers are removed!

Rumor is actually next week, then after wellness transition period two weeks, after Labor Day new roles and orgs start.

There are moves being made across all orgs and on purpose not communicated

Given in EMEA reorg will happen still this calendar year, not many people will be impacted. It seems to be an adjustment vs major change

stock is improving rapidly so get hyped! Nike is turning its ship around!
