Cencora has sold Patient Services to Caremetx. All employees within those divisions of the company will be employed by Caremetx in the next coming months.

@fa was this strictly lash group people or were there some legacy xcenda people thrown in the mix?
Cencora has already sacked all the sales people over patient services plus multiple rounds of senior leaders. They are in a death spiral.
@am we will be losing stock options (Caremetx isn't a public company), some benefits, holidays. It's definitely shaken former Lash employees still in Patient Services today!
I hope this is a better thing for the Lash folks with less uncertainty.
