When do Raises Hit?

Any idea on when raises are supposed to go into effect? I had assumed it would be the same time bonuses were sent out but apparently not ..

in past years it was updated so who knows what the deal is now, but you will get paid. if you search team works for year end compensation you'll get a page with all the dates.

Guys - while I do appreciate the condescending tone, can we at least agree that it’d be appropriate for workday to be updated with the new salaries at this point? It’s February 14.

Agreed. My manager gave us the dates when having the comp conversations with us and continues to reiterate them on meeting agendas. I cannot believe that these people’s managers haven’t told them this.

It is astounding to me how so many people don’t know how our compensation program works at this company….

this has been covered over and over on this site the last couple weeks. Annual merit increase will show up on the first full pay check of February which for this year is Feb 28 due to the 1st being a Sat. Remember that our pay has a week lag which is why the first full pay check is Feb 28 (full meaning the paid days are all in Feb). While they haven't loaded into workday yet, you are currently working under your new pay/title. Even the bonus info isn't in work day yet, but we still got our bonuses today. everyone just needs to chill
