All associate meeting today

Anyone have any insight into any bombshell set to be dropped at today's all associate meeting? Is this when they lay the RTO onto people, or any new reorg%alignments/RIFs planned that will come out today?

@c7 I was not in the meeting but I assume that what they had to say about pre auths is that pre authorizations are a good thing for medicare members to have their doctors request to ensure that there will be no surprises in regard to their much needed catastrophic claim being covered by their insurance.

Based on the expected agreement that as the medicare member has been paying their premiums, in turn, the MA insurance will honor their agreement in approving and paying the claim in a timely manner. Similar to the way original (traditional) medicare would have done.

@ad be patient. Most everyone will start with some pre questions and dig into the QA. There are people literally answering questions as well in the QA. Keep asking your questions!

It will be nothing but fluff! They are going to talk about al the "great" things Humana does for its members and point out useless benefits for employees. They want to convince us that the upcoming layoffs are good for everyone.
