I’d like to hear from my HR peers on their thoughts of Gunjan’s performance at the town hall. It’s apparent that there are Gunjan bootlickers out there within HR that have been raving about out her. Others in HR are remaining silent, they have come to the realization that’s she’s absolutely terrible.

The comments made were direct, it should be no surprise that the MC has been overly patient with the hoards ignoring the first RTO and being giant crybabies with the second.
Instead of clutching your pearls brush up your resume and go some place else.
Peeps 🐥 in HR gushed over G.K.’s straightforwardness, bluntness, telling it how it is, direst manner etc. Basically they are praising her for being a je-k. If you are working with someone that praised anything about G.K. from that town hall, those are individuals you want to steer clear from. They are untrustworthy.
We are in HR, we suffer in silence and we don’t trust anyone!

Perhaps they are using a public board because our actual voice at work has a price on its proverbial head. After Monday, I’m afraid to speak up because according to her, I’m on the block already because I am a 100% remote with no hub in my state.
STFU and let people talk. Clearly this impacted many people on many levels. Some people don’t have “friends” they can run to at the bank to talk. Others just plain don’t trust anyone.
OP: I want to hear HRs thoughts too, as well as how those chairs felt when those horrible words came out of her entitled mouth.
This is hilarious. If they are your “peers” why don’t you just ask them and avoid a public board? Also if they are silent how can you assume they think Gunjan is horrible?
